“Shaadi Ke Ladoo”- is a long used phrase in India pointing out the regret that comes with both the options of life- choosing to marry or not to marry.
The project uses the phrase as an allegory to the regret brides face after or during the arrange marriage process and points out the hypocrisy metaphorical of the bittersweet “ladoo” or sweet
